WorkLink SA provides a marketplace for digital products, templates and online businesses. Listings are system-verified before going live. Buyers pay sellers directly. The platform does not hold purchase funds.
Privacy
Account data and private room messages are used to operate the service and resolve disputes. Evidence uploads use Cloudinary under our preset.
Refund Policy
Platform tariffs (Join Bid, Place Bid, Listing Fees, Premium) are final. Seller product refunds are between buyer and seller. Operations may intervene using the private room record in clear non-delivery cases.
Evidence & access
Sellers may upload evidence and product files up to 30 MB. Access to paid digital goods is released after payment proof is verified. Protected packages use a delivery exchange: payment proof is verified, then an unlock code is released to the buyer. Files are not openly downloadable before verification.

To create a listing you need 1 free credit or a paid platform listing tariff. This is not the buyer product payment.
After payment, use in-app Support with your Yoco reference. Operations accounts skip this tariff.
