Terms & Conditions
WorkLink SA is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of digital products and services. Platform fees are non-refundable once paid. Sellers are responsible for delivery. Disputes are handled manually by admin. Owner account is exempt from listing fees.
Privacy Policy
We store only data required for accounts, listings, offers and private conversations. Messages are visible only to conversation participants and admins. We do not sell personal data.
Refund Policy
Platform fees (Join Bid, Place Bid, Listing Fees, Premium) are final. WorkLink does not hold buyer funds. The buyer pays the seller directly (Yoco, PayPal, bank, wire, etc.). Seller product refunds are between buyer and seller. Admin may intervene using the private room record in clear cases of non-delivery after a verified listing sale.
Pay the seller directly, then upload proof of payment. Access is released only after system verification of your payment proof — no bypass.
